Over the last 6 months, in an effort to better assist customers with redemption cards that are delinquent or that will not be produced, we have been using excess and obsolete redemption inventory to assist with these situations. The inventory caused a situation where the population reports were no longer accurate as more cards were entering the market than we were showing. Collectors informed us of some of the discrepancies and they were correct. Since all redemption inventory will ultimately be used for other redemption situations or destroyed, the population reports were not accurate and have now been removed. We apologize for any confusion the inaccurate reports may have caused.
