My Redemptions

User need to be logged in to see Redemptions

Notice: Only outstanding redemptions and those shipped within the last 6 months are displayed. If there are any issues with a shipped redemption, you need to contact qa@upperdeck.com within that 6 month period for assistance on it.

Contact Support

You can contact our redemption department to get status on the card in question or to request a replacement. We are available Monday through Friday, from 6:00-4:00 PST at 1-800-873-7332 or via e-mail at qa@upperdeck.com. From there we can let you know if we are still waiting on the card or if it has been shipped. If you would like to exchange the card for another comparable item, we will be happy to discuss this option with you. Please check your account regularly for status updates as our system is limited to a 6-month window past the shipping date to file a lost mail claim.
