In his first start as an NFL quarterback, Josh Freeman led the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to their first win of the season over the Green Bay Packers.  Freeman was drafted 17th overall out of Kansas State to be the future of the franchise, and he lived up to all the expectations as he finished with 205 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception.  Not to be overlooked was his game winning touchdown pass to fellow rookie Sammie Stroughter that came with 4:14 left in the 4th quarter.  Expect to hear more from this rookie as the season progresses.

Honorable mentions go out to LeSean McCoy, a first-round draft pick of the Philadelphia Eagles, who had 115 yards in a devastating loss to the Dallas Cowboys.  Who will be the "Rookie of the Week" for Week 10?  Enter codes from the back of 2009 Upper Deck NFL rookie cards for the player you think will have the best performance.  Check back on Tuesday, November 17th to see if the players you entered was chosen as next week's "Rookie of the Week"!
