we are still waiting to hear the TRUTH about the farve icon lettermen card and why it has not been shipped as UD promised to all of us after over a year of waiting. they continue to ignore our questions on why this card has been so hard to make and why they sent emails telling us that they would be sent out in oct 2009. a straight up answer is all that we ask. not the usual BS that the card is being finalized as they speak and will be sent out shortly. what kind of people are working for UD. doesnt the production team know when it will be made and let the rest of UD know the answers so they can pass on the truth to us? with the economy today, they are sure not making any friends with us that have supported UD all these years and losing alot of us with this screw-up. i have lost all faith with UD and dont believe a word they say. i will not buy any UD especially until this card is redeemed and even then will be hard to return. this card had better be the mother of all cards for as long as it has taken to be made. and that bonus card had better be something worthy of making up for all the loss value in the farve card after all this time.

UD doesn't believe in good customer service.
