Game is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Canada and you must be thirteen (13) years of age or older as of 9/15/2003. There are two (2) ways to play the game: (1) Buy a specially marked pack of 2003 Sweet Spot MLB trading cards and look for an instant win card; or (2) To play without purchase, while supplies last, hand print your name, e-mail, complete address with zip code (No PO Box), date of birth and day/evening telephone numbers with area code on a 3x5 card and mail to: Promotion Manager, MLB Sweet Spot Trading Card Request, 5909 Sea Otter Place, Carlsbad, California 92008. Limit: one (1) entry per outer envelope, per household, per day regardless of method of entry. The Game begins on 9/15/2003 at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Standard Time. and ends on September 16, 2006, at 11:59:59 p.m. PST (the "Game Period"). Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Game Period and received by 9/21/2006. Any entries not made in compliance with this time period will not be eligible and will be disqualified. To redeem a Winning Card, on a 3x5 card, hand print your name, e-mail, address with zip code (No PO Box), day/evening telephone numbers with area code and mail the original Winning Card (no copies will be accepted) and postcard to the Game Address. Canadian residents must correctly answer an arithmetic skill test question to claim prize. Please allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks for delivery of your prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, stolen, or postage due mail. Odds of winning one of the prizes are (1:192). Each potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions of the Official Rules found on www.upperdeck.com. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. Each potential winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release within fourteen (14) days of date indicated on the redemption acknowledgment letter. If potential winner is a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian must sign these documents on his/her behalf before prize will be awarded.
