    Redemption card question, please help.

    Hey, I've been waiting for 2 redemption cards from Upper Deck for 2 years now. In the my Redemptions section, It keeps saying "athlete committed to signing please be patient". How long do you have to wait? And how can I find out what the status is? Normally they just send you some cards of equal value. But I've been waiting 2 years. What can I do? Who can I contact?

    If you want a replacement, contact them. I don't know how long it takes, but for 2 years thats awhile!

    hey i put my rookie redemption code up and on the screen it told me that i was getting an ultra rookie and TWO memorabilia cards! i got ONE card. some no namer rookie worth nothing and thats it. i am very upset with this. that is very misleading. i want my TWO memorabilia  cards which i was promised STAT!

    for missing cards i would call UD customer service. You may be waiting a while on the phone.
