    YSL "Memorabilia" Cards

I was just wondering if any of you guys know the answer to this question:

On the back of the Yankee Stadium Legacy Memorabilia cards, it says, "You have received a (player name) Game-Used baseball card.  On the front...is a piece of of memorabilia...used in an official Major League Baseball game."

I'm wondering whether the pieces used in these cards are Game-Used jerseys, or pants?  I know in the past Upper Deck has used the word "jersey" instead of "memorabilia" to clearly state that the Game-Used swatch is in fact a jersey.

To me, Game-Used pieces of pants are less desirable and valuable than jerseys, and Upper Deck is purposely being too vague in the description of what the Game-Used swatch actually is.

I'm confused.......I understand that "prime pieces" are worth more to collectors. but......if its from a players pants or jersey (and as long as theres no questionability of it be genuinely from the player stated ), why the difference in whats better ?
